Frequently Asked Questions
-
We print each piece as it’s ordered so please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
-
We are Joe Geshick’s publisher and use Piper Arts in Sioux Falls, SD to produce Joe’s high-quality giclee prints. We print on both paper and canvas.
-
Joe Geshick passed into the Spirit World in 2009, so it is rare now to find one of his original oils or watercolors. Occasionally, we will be contacted by someone who wants to resell their original and we will then put it on the site. Please contact us if you’d like to be notified if something becomes available.
-
Your canvas purchase will be shipped to you in a tube, which means cost to ship is greatly reduced. If you want us to stretch your piece, we can, but your shipping cost will then increase significantly. We suggest you take your canvas to a frame shop that can stretch it for you. We will provide your framer with good instructions and our contact information, included in your package.
-
Paper prints will need conventional framing with mats and glass. Canvas prints do not need to be framed as the image wraps around the stretcher bars.
-
Paper Prints - your framer should use a UV-rated glass and acid-free mats.
Canvas Prints - Your print contains a UV coating, however any print should not be exposed to excessive amounts of fluorescent or UV lighting.
Keep your prints free from extreme temperature changes and moisture. -
Art prints are typically priced by size and substrate (i.e. paper is less expensive than canvas, however you’ll incur framing costs for the paper).
-
Joe Geshick is not currently represented by an art gallery (we closed our gallery in 2024 and were the only gallery to represent him). If/when his work can be seen in a gallery, we’ll post it on our site.
